Zestor wanted to further improve the user experience by adding new features. A key request was to make specific forms accessible to colleagues, without providing access to the entire CRM system. This adjustment would simplify collaboration within teams and optimize workflow. By integrating this functionality, Zestor can increase efficiency and improve communication between employees.

Zestor was presented with two options: employees could be granted access to all forms, or they could choose to make only pre-selected forms visible. Zestor opted to grant access to all forms, while strictly limiting access rights to data and forms according to their preferences. Additionally, additional features were added and a software update was performed to ensure user-friendly online software and intranet.
