Zestor supports universities of applied sciences and their staff. As a labour-market and training fund, Zestor works toward a healthy, safe working environment where people can perform and grow. It does this through research, sharing knowledge and connecting institutions, to strengthen good employership in higher education. To keep playing that role, its own digital environment has to grow along too.

Access to forms without opening up the whole CRM

Zestor wanted to extend its digital environment with new features. One key wish: to give colleagues easy access to specific forms, without them landing straight into the entire CRM system. That CRM holds sensitive data, and it shouldn't be open to everyone who simply needs a form. The existing setup left little room for that: access to a form meant, in practice, access to too much. Zestor wanted a clear separation between using forms and the sensitive data behind them, so working together got easier without giving up security.

Together we mapped out how to make working with forms more accessible. The solution: make all the forms available, while the rights beneath them stay tightly controlled. Someone can use a form without being able to reach the underlying data. That's how Zestor found the balance between ease of use and security. With some extra improvements and a platform update, the result was a stable, accessible environment that supports collaboration.
