Leren en Leven: a secure learning platform

Where the story begins

Leren en Leven develops teaching material for primary and secondary schools, with the emphasis on personal development and life skills. Its programmes help teachers guide pupils in their social-emotional growth and self-confidence.

The method is based on the American Positive Action programme, whose effect has been scientifically demonstrated. In the Netherlands, Leren en Leven has been positively evaluated and included in the databases for effective youth interventions and Gezonde School. For that mission, a solid, accessible digital base is essential.

Lessons and licence types with no single clear system

Leren en Leven needed one place to offer all their teaching material in a single way. Teachers wanted easy access to the lessons, tools and extra materials, and the organisation needed a clear view: which client has which licence type? On top of that, the platform had to be secure and able to grow with changing education. Existing solutions lacked the flexibility and structure for that.
