The problem

Eindhoven municipality set out to increase employment opportunities for residents receiving benefits. A dedicated job platform was needed, one that focused on relevance, accessibility, and ease of use. Existing solutions did not fully support this ambition, making it harder for job seekers to find suitable vacancies and for opportunities to reach the right people.

We developed a custom made job platform for Gemeente Eindhoven, designed to effectively connect the right candidates with the right vacancies.
