Monasch brings the craftsmanship and quality of Best Wool directly into people’s homes. As the consumer brand of Best Wool, they create high-quality wool carpets that combine timeless design with natural warmth. For decades, Monasch has stood for honesty, sustainability, and Dutch craftsmanship. To match their strong product identity, they wanted a digital experience that reflected the same level of beauty, quality, and care.

The problem

Monasch’s website no longer represented who they were. The visual design felt outdated, and the existing design tool failed to meet the needs of modern users. Customers struggled to imagine how a carpet would look in their home, and the online experience didn’t inspire the confidence their products deserved. To stay relevant and increase conversion, Monasch needed a fresh, user-friendly platform that would make personal design simple and inspiring again.

The solution

Together with Monasch, we set out to create a digital environment that reflected the brand’s craftsmanship and creativity. We developed a new, visually refined website paired with a completely new design tool. Users can now design their own carpet, place it virtually in a home setting, and order directly online, all within a smooth, modern interface. Close collaboration with the client was key: through direct feedback, testing, and iteration, we aligned every design and technical decision with their vision of effortless elegance.

The new platform transformed the way customers interact with Monasch. The intuitive design tool invites users to experiment, personalize, and truly connect with the product. Engagement with the tool has grown significantly, showing that customers are embracing the new digital experience. Monasch praised the integration of Google Tag Manager, which now gives them valuable insights into customer behavior. Built on Symfony, the platform offers a stable foundation for the future, with a new phase already in motion to further refine UX and expand the design tool’s creative potential.
