Where the Story Begins

SuitIT brings together everything a business needs to stay connected, from managed IT and security to private cloud hosting, telephony and internet. Their goal is simple: one trusted partner for all your technology. But while their services ran smoothly, their invoicing didn't. It was handled through spreadsheets and manual input, and took time and care every month. SuitIT wanted invoicing as smart and efficient as the services they deliver.

Manual invoicing that couldn't keep up with growth

For a company built around smooth IT, that internal process didn't fit the picture. Every month the invoicing took manual work: gathering data, getting the amounts right, preparing invoices. As SuitIT grew, that took more and more time. It gave little overview and didn't scale. Exactly the kind of process SuitIT solves for its clients, only this time on their own side.

An automated invoicing platform, linked to Wefact, Office365 and Teams

Together we built an automated invoicing platform with Symfony and Vue, connected to Wefact, Office365 and Microsoft Teams. It creates invoices automatically and brings structure and speed to the workflow. Because the connections pull the data from the source systems, no one has to retype it. What started as an invoicing tool grew into SuitIT's central system: data comes together there, licences are managed there, and when a call comes in, the customer's information is on screen straight away.

Invoicing fully automated, from spreadsheet to platform

Today, invoicing at SuitIT runs fully automatically, month after month. What used to be manual now happens in the background. More structure and transparency make working together easier, and the platform keeps gaining new features. The result is a stable foundation that grows with SuitIT and frees up time for what matters: helping clients with clear, reliable IT.
