Where the Story Begins

SuitIT brings together everything a business needs to stay connected, from managed IT and security to private cloud hosting, telephony, and internet services. Their goal is simple: help clients centralize technology under one trusted partner. But while their services were seamless, their invoicing system was not. Managed through spreadsheets and manual input, it demanded time and care each month. SuitIT wanted a solution that would make invoicing as smart and efficient as the services they deliver.

The problem

Their invoicing process relied on manual data entry and monthly spreadsheet updates, which made billing repetitive and error-prone. The team wanted a more reliable and transparent system that would streamline the process and allow them to focus on what truly mattered, supporting their clients. The challenge was to simplify without compromising precision or flexibility.

The solution

Together, we developed an automated invoicing platform built on Symfony and Vue, connected to WeFact, Office365, and Microsoft Teams. The system now generates invoices automatically, bringing structure, speed, and transparency to their workflow. As the platform grew, it evolved into a central hub for SuitIT’s daily operations consolidating data, managing licenses, and displaying complete client details during incoming VOIP calls.

The results

Today, SuitIT’s invoicing runs automatically and reliably, ensuring accuracy and consistency every month. Transparency has improved across teams, and internal processes are simpler than ever.
