Pameijer's digital environment had grown piece by piece over the years. Separate systems, older versions and workflows that no longer matched how people work now. Every part had been added for a good reason at the time, but together they'd become too many, and they no longer spoke the same language. Pameijer wanted to leave that fragmentation behind and bring everything together in one intranet. And to do it without care being disrupted for even a single day.

Instead of working apart, the parts now work together, in one place where staff find everything. We carried out the upgrade step by step, so daily care never came to a standstill.
