Founded in 2010, Alka® specializes in products that support the body's acidification. The goal is to address health problems resulting from an imbalanced acid-base balance. A healthy acid-base balance is essential for a vibrant life. Alka offers unique product lines that are easy to combine and adapt to the specific needs of each individual.
Alka uses standard software like Exact as the foundation for its business operations, but these systems don't offer enough options to automate all processes. Order picking and the workflows of sales representatives and resellers, in particular, are difficult to integrate. Our challenge: developing an all-in-one system that seamlessly integrates these processes.
We developed a custom back-office system for Alka that integrates and processes data from Exact and other systems via APIs, fully aligned with their business operations. Sales representatives, marketing, support, and sales staff have quick access to the necessary data anytime, anywhere. We also developed special software to control local printers from the central system, making order processing even more efficient.
Thanks to Omines' custom software, Alka functions like a perfectly oiled machine. The investment pays for itself time and again through the maximum optimization of all core processes.
